Civic worked with Allerton’s energetic and ambitious leadership team to explore their brand. We took them from an undefined strategic position to create a whole new brand system and a sparkling new website that showcases their capabilities and significant strengths.

In just a few years Allerton has built an impressive housing, social care and development portfolio, but the pace of change had been so great that their brand and organisational culture remained undefined
Civic conducted stakeholder interviews and surveys with staff to establish key aspects of culture, including values and priorities and worked with the senior team in series of workshops to build Allerton’s new strategic brand.
Co-creating organisational values
Through a series of workshops, we established key drivers and values with the board and leadership team. Authenticity and a strong sense of social purpose were seen as key.
Working together, we established key values of People, Ambition, Efficiency and Sustainability and elaborated these through a series of value statements.
The new brand online
We developed an attractive and user-friendly website which provides an overview of the key business areas and a strong sense of local community with easy access to local services.
As befits an agile organisation engaged in rapid change, the website is seen as a work in progress, and is continually reviewed for new content and feature requirements.
